In compliance with the Family and Medical Leave Act of
1993, Sullivan Tire will grant up to 12 weeks of unpaid, job-protected
leave for eligible employees with certain family and medical reasons.
This policy may be adjusted to reflect your current state law governing
family and medical leave.

retirement goals. To attain these goals, we allow you to save money in
your 401k plan on a tax-deferred basis and in your Profit Sharing plan

401(k) Catch Up
To encourage increased retirement savings, the government
allows eligible employees age 50 and older to continue contributing to
their 401k account after the federal deferral limit has been reached up
to the “catch up” limit.
Profit Sharing Plan
When you qualify to become a member of our Retirement Plan
you are automatically enrolled as a Plan participant. Once the Corporate
financial status is completed each year, the Company may exercise its
option to contribute to your Profit Sharing account.
