EVERYONE at Sullivan's is 100% customer-focused. I trust them to do the right thing for my car. I NEVER feel taken advantage of. They always seem to find a deal on whatever service I need. They are a complete stand-up, knowledgeable, personable, friendly, trustworthy team. I had to have my front brakes inspected and ultimately replaced. I dropped it off the afternoon before my appointment. They got it in early and provided me with an estimate that same afternoon. The vehicle was ready the next morning at the price quoted. This has been a great place to do business. I always feel they provide honest and accurate assessments.
