As our company continues to grow, we are dedicated to not only maintaining the culture that has brought us great success, but also improving on it. For that reason, we conduct an employee survey every two years to be sure we are doing the right things to keep our fellow team members engaged and satisfied. While we are proud that we consistently score very high on these surveys, we strive for continual improvements. Many of our employee programs have derived from responding to feedback from these surveys.
Our founder, Bob Sullivan, was often heard saying, “I want every employee to be as happy coming to work on Monday morning as they are leaving with their paycheck on Friday afternoon!”
