The Michelin Promise Plan is Michelin’s way of ensuring that you are 100% satisfied with your Michelin passenger or light truck replacement tire purchase. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your new tires, bring the tires and original sales receipt back to the Sullivan Tire and Auto Service location where you originally bought the tires within 60 days of your purchase and Michelin will gladly exchange them for a new set of tires of equal or lesser value.
