Every time I go to the Bedford, MA Sullivan Tire, I receive only the highest level of customer service. I recently moved out of state and was visiting the Bedford area, when I had an unexpected situation arise. I decided to stop in at the nearby Bedford location. I did not have an appointment but hoped they could at least look at my vehicle and point me in the right direction. Leaving the car for a bit, they fit me in schedule and repaired my tire. I’ve always experienced great customer service when I’ve made an appointment, but this was above and beyond. 12/15/2024
