I have so much respect for this Sullivan tire location. As a woman I am used to being swindled by auto places but Sullivan Tire has ALWAYS told me exactly what I need done. And the best example today is that there was a major issue with my car, they went out of their way to call the dealer and come to find out this extremely expensive work is covered by warranty. THIS alone bought my business forever and I will shout from the rooftops about how everyone should go here! 8/20/2024

I was about to pay $1300.00 for 4 tires at the dealership where I purchased my car. The tires on my car were less then 2 years old...car has low mileage. I was told by the rep. I needed both rear tires replaced, not only the one with the damage. Then I was told they didn't have the tires I had on the car in stock and would therefore need to buy 4 new tires. I called Sullivan Tire spoke with Susie who was able to find tires for me at the Weymouth location. I arrived in Weymouth, spoke with Mr. Laliberte who could not have been kinder or more helpful. He examined my tires and he told me I only needed the damaged tire replaced...not 4 new tires. Wow! what incredible service and everyone was so kind and provided great answers for all my questions. I am a Sullivan Tire fan!! Thanks so much!! 7/13/2024
