Our Toyota dealer told us we needed tires and wanted to replace them at the time of a recent tune up...We knew if we needed tires, we wanted Sullivan to do it because we have found when you did work on our cars, you were completely honest about what needed to be done and what didn't need to be done... When we returned to pick up our car earlier today, Kevin informed us that there was nothing wrong with any of our tires, so you didn't sell us tires we didn't need at a cost of $835, but did align the ones we had, which was needed, at $114... We can't tell you HOW MUCH WE APPRECIATE YOUR INTEGRITY...It's so uncommon in this day and age... We have and will continue to recommend you to all our friends... 3/18/2025
