Social Media Contest Terms and Conditions

1. By entering a social media contest, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. To enter a social media contest, giveaway, or sweepstakes promoted by Sullivan Tire, there is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
3. Contests are open to residents of MA, ME, NH, RI, and CT only.
4. Contest winners will need to provide a MA, ME, NH, RI, or CT mailing address to mail the prize to. P.O. Box addresses are not accepted.
5. Sullivan Tire employees and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of employees are not eligible to participate in the contests.
6. Employees and family members of Sullivan Tire affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), are not eligible to participate in the contests.
7. Must be 18 years old or older to enter and win.
8. Entries must be made by the indicated time and date within the contest post. After this date no further entries to the contest will be permitted.
9. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
10. Winners must claim the prize(s) by the indicated time and date within the contest post. If the winner does not claim the prize(s) by the specified date and time indicated in the social media post, Sullivan Tire reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the original winner and a new winner will be chosen. The new winner will have 24 hours from the direct message time and date to also claim the prize(s). If they do not claim the prize within the time frame, the process will continue, and a new winner will be chosen.
11. Prize(s) cannot be traded or negotiated for cash or additional prizes.
12. Prize(s) are not to be resold.
13. Mailed prize(s) that do not make it to their final destination due to mail carrier error, acts of God, or any other circumstance are not liable to Sullivan Tire.
14. All steps listed within the contest post must be followed to be eligible to win. When applicable and/or asked to "like" a post as a contest rule, like, love, laugh or wow options on Facebook are acceptable and considered to be a "like". 
15. Winners are chosen randomly using Fanpage Karma, Random Name Picker, and other electronic software and are also chosen based on the rules, terms and conditions of the contest being followed.
16. Sullivan Tire will either tag the winner in the comments section of the contest post or they will be messaged directly on contest social media platform.
17. Winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
18. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network.
19. By participating in this sweepstakes or contest, each entrant accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decisions of the judges and warrants that s/he is eligible to participate in this sweepstakes or contest.
20. By participating, entrants hereby release and agree to hold the associated company or organization of the prize(s) harmless, and each of their directors, employees, officers, and agents, including without limitation, their advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any prize-related activities.
21. Sullivan Tire reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Sullivan Tire’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the contest. In such case, Sullivan Tire may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sullivan Tire. Sullivan Tire reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the contest or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. Sullivan Tire has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the contest, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by contest rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such attempt be made, Sullivan Tire reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
